Grounded Wellness Co., was a dream turned into reality.

As a registered massage practitioner, I found a passion for helping people to move out of pain. With each treatment, I learned how to best use my skills with the body’s functionality to provide the client with the most relief from symptoms.

Since beginning practice in 2016, I have learned so much and have continued my education with various training courses to improve my skills, these courses include:

Zenthai Shiatsu Level 1 training, Myofascial cupping, Dry Needling & cosmetic Dry needling, Chinese Remedial Massage (Tai Na), Womb & Fertility Massage, Vedic Breath-work practitioner training, as well as Yoga & Meditation teacher training.

Alongside these courses, since 2017 I have been completing my Bachelor of Health Science Degree- Acupuncture Therapies and will be offering Acupuncture treatments from 2025!

Currently, I am practicing out of a clinic space in Samford Valley. Alongside the Chiropractors who own the clinic. Together we work as a team to provide the best possible care for our patients.

My mission with Grounded Wellness Company is to provide an outstanding quality of care for all patients, while also providing affordable treatments. Using a blend of the techniques and modalities I have trained in, I aim to provide unique treatments that suit your needs, whilst also educating you on how the body functions, how to improve your day-to-day movements to prevent injuries as well as to move you out of pain and inspire you to seek and achieve wellness in all areas of your life.

I deeply care about people and I get so much joy from supporting people out of pain - both physically, emotionally, and mentally. And I hope you feel safe, supported, and empowered in my presence.
