Remedial Massage
Remedial massage utilises techniques such as Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial release, Joint mobilisation, Active and Passive stretching, and Muscular Energetic Technique. Sessions are catered to your main complaint areas, however include a full body treatment, time permitting to ensure optimum functionality of your body.
Remedial sessions may also include: Myofascial cupping and Dry needling upon request or by recommendation.
Your stress and tension will melt away and you will be feeling revitalised and refreshed.
Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy massage includes a nurturing and nourishing full-body treatment, to ease the discomforts associated with growing a baby. Soft and Deep tissue techniques are utilized and sessions are catered to your needs. A pregnancy pillow may be most comfortable, allowing you the opportunity to lay face down in the first half of your pregnancy. However, side lying with pillows for comfort will be recommended towards the end of your pregnancy. Your sessions can include cupping.
Safety is of the utmost importance, therefore it is up to your discernment when you would like to begin your treatments. No evidence suggests that massage is contraindicated in the early stages of pregnancy and can be safely performed if you feel comfortable. However, each body is unique and if you feel like you would prefer to wait, sessions can begin after your first trimester (12 weeks) and can continue through to term.
Acupuncture
I am due to complete my Bachelor of Health Science- Acupuncture Therapies degree in 2024, therefore Acupuncture appointments will be available from 2025. Please stay tuned for updates to come.
Womb Massage
Womb massage is a sacred and deeply nourishing non-invasive treatment which focuses on improving circulation to abdominal organs, enhacing lymphatic functioning and encouraging connection to your body.
It is full-body treatment using an infusion of techniques throughout the session. We begin with a chat about your relationship with your digestion and menstrual cycle, then we move on to the treatment.
Sessions can assist to release physical and emotional tension leaving you to feel lighter and freer. There are many physical benefits to womb massage sessions such as improving painful or irregular menstrual cycles, fertility issues, easing bloating and digestive complaints, relieving stress and traumas or trapped emotions.
Womb massage is a ceremonial treatment which helps women to relax and feel safe and nurtured, included in the sessions is a womb blessing, prayers and meditation and rebozo wraps to hold you in this safe space to rebirth you into your sacred feminine energy.
For the full experience, 2 hours is recommended, however 90 minute sessions are also available.
Cupping & Dry Needling
Myofascial cupping is a technique using plastic or silicone cups to aid in the release of tight muscles. It improves blood flow and circulation which warms the muscles allowing them to release.
Dry needling (or trigger point needling) is the insertion of fine needles into trigger points (aka Knots) in order to help them dissipate and release to ease the tightness and tension within the muscle fibres that get bound up.
Please note: Dry needling and cupping can cause bruising and post treatment muscular ache, this is common. Please speak to me if you have any concerns at all.
Together we will discuss whether these practices are appropriate for you prior to treatment.

Cancellation Policy
We get it, life happens. Please allow a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for changes to your appointment time.
This allows me time to offer the spot to someone on the waitlist.
A 50% fee will be charged for a late cancellation (within 5 hours) or a missed appointment.
